Submission & payment
Registration are accepted and confirmed only with the completed registration form accompanied with full payment.
The registration form and the respective payment in Euros must be sent together according to your specific request.
All payments should be made in EUROS (payments in any other currency will not be accepted) by the following procedures ONLY:
By credit card : Visa and Master/Eurocard filling out the registration form.
No other credit card will be accepted.

Caution
Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
All names and information must be clearly stated, otherwise the Organizing Staff will be unable to trace and acknowledge payment.
Registration confirmation
You will receive a Confirmation Letter as soon as the Organizing Staff has received your payment. Please allow approximately 5 days after receipt of your completed registration form and required payment to receive confirmation with details of your registration.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified by writing only, and must be sent to Dakini Conseil.
Cancellations fees
Until June 14, 2009: A refund less than an administrative charge of 23.92 € will only be available by providing notification of cancellation in writing to the Agency
From June 15, 2009: No refunds will be given.
